Staff inactivity policy

Trusted and Staff

1. Users in the Trusted and Staff role must remain active on the server in order to keep their role.

2. Users who have not been active for a period of six months may be removed from their roles without consultation.

3. Users who have lost their role due to inactivity must go through the standard process to get the role back.

Admins

4. Users in the Admin role may be removed from their position if they are inactive for an extended period of time without any indication of returning.

5. It will be up to the other admins to agree on when an inactive user is removed from the Admin role.

6. If possible, the other admins should always try to make contact with the inactive user.
